Information clause regarding marketing consents in 7Anna

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, we inform you that: 

1. The administrator of your personal data is 7ANNA GROUP Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-283), 20d Potokowa Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, number 0000880917; 
2. Personal data is collected for the purposes of: 
   • marketing on the basis of your consent in the online form, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, 
3. Providing your personal data for marketing purposes to the Administrator is completely voluntary, however, necessary for information purposes sent in the form of a newsletter. 
4. The personal data provided by you will be made available to the following recipients: entities authorized under applicable law and entities to which the Administrator has entrusted the processing of personal data, including entities cooperating with the Administrator providing IT services;
5. The personal data provided by you will not be transferred to a third country. 
6. Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent. 
7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The scope of each of the above-mentioned rights and the situations in which you can exercise them are indicated in detail in Articles 15-22 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, 
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, 
9. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
